Mr Joe Hall - Parent Govenor

I am a Chartered Management Accountant with over 18 years experience. I am currently the Head of Finance for a large hospitality business based in the Midlands. More importantly however, I have over 13 years experience in Local Authority Finance having worked for both Sandwell and Walsall Local Authorities. This included holding the post of Senior Accountant for Children’s Services in Walsall, which included the School Finance function and also 2 years as the Senior Accountant for the Treasury Function.

My time spent working for Local Authorities has given me a sound knowledge and experience of School Finances and I hope that I can use this experience to aid the school in achieving value for money and maximise the impact of its funding allocations from the Local Authority to ultimately benefit all our children!

I have two Children in the school, one in Year 5 and another in Year 1. I value the importance that early years education has on the rest of our Children’s lives so am looking forward to this opportunity to contribute to the schools ongoing success!
